A day off today so headed out on the bike for a Cross Border ride crossing in and out of England and Scotland as well as Cumbria and the Scottish Borders, the weather was overcast but dry . Stopped off at Kershope bridge for a sausage butty cooked on the trangia. Covered just over 57 miles and the legs are feeling it since its been a long while since a long ride out. Nearly came a cropper a few times with the clip pedals arrgh….
It wasn’t a fast ride but more of a tour stopping taking photos and vids.

  1. Nice steady cycle cam! Good bike as well. I am a fan of panniers rather than stuff on my back. I got a couple of Red ones via Ebay too. Quite heavy themselves but robust as anything. Lidl light cheapies for local shop runs. Good to see the NCN routes and the quaint place signs. Time to hit the islands by CalMac ferries again. Thanks for sharing the run.

  2. Another good video ol smarthaired one . We are lucky to live with all this lovely countryside all round us .
